Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only on first reading and requested <br />council's authorization for publication and <br />suggested date for the public hearing 2/15/83. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that Ordinance in83 - Adoption of <br />1982 Uniform Plumbing Code be published. and <br />public hearing be set" for February 15, 1983. <br /> <br />Inquired which sections of this ordinance <br />are the city's additions to the Code. <br />Rautenstraus advised that some appendices <br />are being added with respect to building <br />drains, underground drainage piping, and <br />information relating to materials. <br /> <br />Question called. for. 6 Ayes - 1 Nay. <br />Councilwoman Morris dissenting. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the resolution. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution <br />in its entirety. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and <br />Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper pub- <br />lication. <br />Mayor Meier asked if there was any presenta- <br />tion by staff. None <br />Presentation by applicant. Mr. Chuck Bellock, <br />General Partner, Louisville Medical Associates <br />read his letter in entirety, which council- <br />members had a copy of. In addition he advised <br />that pursuant to the new IRB laws the bonds <br />can be up to $1,000,000 or over $1,000,000 <br />up to $10,000,000. <br /> <br />Referred to the: second paragraph of Ms. Braymer' s <br />letter and inquired if the physicians were <br />part owners. <br />Mr. Bellock advised that some of the physicians <br />locating in the building would be part owners. <br />
