!"'')uncilman Leary Councilman Cussen RESOLUTION #31 ADOPTED RESOLUTION #32 - APPRO- PRIATION OF FUNDS 1983 ADOPTION RESOLUTION #33 - TAX LEVY - 1983 ADOPTION RESOLUTION #34 - HILLSIDE SQUARE - FINAL PLAT 10/5/82 Page -16- Commented that based on one of the actions taken this evening he would vote against the resolution. He felt that too much money was being transferred; felt that the City has future obligations and it will be very likely burdens will be placed on our existing residents because of these fund transferred. In his opinion the budget approved in the study session was adequate; although he disap- proved City Administrator's raise in salary that wouldn't have been reason to disapprove this budget. It was his feeling it was ir- responsible to borrow money from a fund that Council supposedly stated was the highest priority. Commented he shared these same concerns; felt the City Council should be as fiscally prudent as possible. Roll call on motion to adopt Resolution #31. Ferrera Yes Cummings Yes Morris Yes Fauson Yes Meier Yes Leary No Cussen No. Motion carried 5-2 to adopt Resolution #31. Each councilmember had a copy of the resolution, and Attorney Rautenstraus read it in its entirety. Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that Resolution #32 - Appropriation of Funds - 1983 be adopted. Question called for. 5 Ayes - 2 Nays with Councilmen Leary and Cussen opposed. Motion carried 5-2. Each councilmember had a copy of the resolution, and Attorney Rautenstraus read it in its entirety. Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Leary seconded that Resolution #33 - Tax Levy 1983 be adopted. Question called for. All in favor. Motion earried unanimously. Attorney Rautenstraus requested Council table this item as the signed Sub-division Agreement had not been received from the developer. Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cummings seconded that Resolution #34 - Hillside Qquare
