Engineer <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO PAY ESTIMATE <br />il=4 <br /> <br />10/5/82 <br /> <br />Page -17- <br /> <br />Final Plat be tabled. <br /> <br />Suggested that Director of Community Develop- <br />ment Rupp be given a commendation on this <br />item when the project is completed, for <br />his perseverance. <br />Question called for to table this resolution. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the City Attorney's report <br />be accepted and placed on file. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised a copy of the <br />LDC Monthly Activity Report was provided <br />them as requested. <br /> <br />Wurl suggested this date for a study session <br />on 1041 and Coal Creek Standards. Council <br />members agreed on this date. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had been provided a memo <br />from the Engineering Department revising <br />the payment on the signal light in the <br />amount of $16,162.34. <br /> <br />Wished clarification on the revised figure, <br />was it a retainer fee until the project is <br />complete? <br /> <br />Advised two items were double-billed, the <br />quantity of control wire was over billed, <br />and the no right turn sign was not installed. <br />This is the automatic signal that goes on when <br />there is a trai.n passing. Huson also stated <br />there was a 5% retainer on the entire project. <br /> <br />Suggested Director Hioco obtain a Nurseryman's <br />License for the City for $20.00. It was his <br />feeling the price for the strawberry plants <br />was exorbitant and could have been purchased <br />for half the price. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cussen <br />seconded that Pay Estimateil=4 to Accurate <br />Electric in the amount of $16,162.34 be paid. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />
