Roll call vote. <br />Meier Yes <br />Cussen Yes <br />Ferrera Yes <br />Fauson Yes <br />Leary Yes <br />Morris Yes <br />Cummings Yes <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />been <br />Each councilmember had/provided a copy of <br />the proposed amendment to the Cedarwood <br />Subdivision Agreement, which included <br />when financial guarantees were required and <br />when the improvments must be completed. <br />Director of Community Development Rupp ad- <br />vised that when the townhouse portion of the <br />development occurs all the improvements and <br />conditions relative to the subdivision are <br />to be completed, prior to construction. <br />Rupp advised that the agreement as submitted <br />was the City's last proposal to the developer. <br /> <br />Inquired if any sidewalk and gutter had been <br />removed on Jefferson St. along Hutchinson St. <br />as he had received some complaints. Wished <br />to have them replaced as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Commented all improvements must be made by <br />September 1, 1983 according to the agreement. <br />Also noted there were approximately 22 family <br />units and 22 town house units - wanted to <br />confirm that the developer would not be re- <br />quired to make any further improvements until <br />all the family units were completed.
