9/7/82 Page -14- Councilwoman Morris On the dirt roads that were formed as a result of the gas explorations off 80th, it was her understanding that they were to be reseeded. There is one particular road that a lot of people seem to be using that is rather dangerous. One of them comes out on the crest of one of the hills on 80th and the visibility is ex- tremely poor. Director Rupp a.dvised he had been informed they would be reseeding before the fall season, but would check with them again. Morris advised this situation existed on the east side of 80th. Executive Session Wished to request an executive session on a client/attorney basis after the meeting. TIMES CALL REPORTER Wished to know the nature of the session. Councilwoman Morris advised to discuss the Mesa Point Improvement Corp. suit with Neodata. Attorney Rautenstraus advised to discuss the current litigation of this suit. uncilman Cussen Wished to know 'when the proper time would be to discuss the amusement games situation. Attorney Rautenstraus advised this would be placed on the next agenda for discussion. 911 Investigation Wished to know the status of this. Director Leesman advised that there are 2 lines that ring in for Lafayette and Louisville. After listening to the tapes they said there were a considerable amount of calls regarding the incident he was inquiring about. It is their understanding when these lines are full, they should be switching to the Boulder lines. They were under the impression this was happen- ing and are checking to see that this is operational when other lines are full. Cussen inquired how many calls can come in at one time. Leesman replied just two for Lafayette and Louisville. Cussen did not feel this was adequate. Leesman stated he was advised this was due to lack of personnel
