<br />9/7/82 <br /> <br />Page -14- <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris <br /> <br />On the dirt roads that were formed as a result <br />of the gas explorations off 80th, it was her <br />understanding that they were to be reseeded. <br />There is one particular road that a lot of <br />people seem to be using that is rather dangerous. <br />One of them comes out on the crest of one of <br />the hills on 80th and the visibility is ex- <br />tremely poor. <br />Director Rupp a.dvised he had been informed <br />they would be reseeding before the fall <br />season, but would check with them again. <br />Morris advised this situation existed on the <br />east side of 80th. <br /> <br />Executive Session <br /> <br />Wished to request an executive session on a <br />client/attorney basis after the meeting. <br /> <br />TIMES CALL REPORTER <br /> <br />Wished to know the nature of the session. <br />Councilwoman Morris advised to discuss the <br />Mesa Point Improvement Corp. suit with <br />Neodata. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised to discuss <br />the current litigation of this suit. <br /> <br />uncilman Cussen <br /> <br />Wished to know 'when the proper time would <br />be to discuss the amusement games situation. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised this would be <br />placed on the next agenda for discussion. <br /> <br />911 Investigation <br /> <br />Wished to know the status of this. <br />Director Leesman advised that there are 2 <br />lines that ring in for Lafayette and Louisville. <br />After listening to the tapes they said there <br />were a considerable amount of calls regarding <br />the incident he was inquiring about. It is <br />their understanding when these lines are full, <br />they should be switching to the Boulder lines. <br />They were under the impression this was happen- <br />ing and are checking to see that this is <br />operational when other lines are full. <br />Cussen inquired how many calls can come in <br />at one time. Leesman replied just two for <br />Lafayette and Louisville. <br />Cussen did not feel this was adequate. <br />Leesman stated he was advised this was due <br />to lack of personnel <br />
