Wur1 agreed to do this. Councilman Cummings seconded the motion. Question called. for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Each counci1member had a copy of the Sale Agreement. Administrator Wur1 requested Council authori.ze the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the Kippur agreement. Suggested this Sale Agreement be postponed until July 8th when the Denver Water Agree- ment is discussed, and when Council had an opportunity the review the water analyses. Administrator ~~r1 advised this could be done but felt that Marshall water should be purchased whenever the City has that oppor- tunity, as we purchase a storage right along with the water shares. General discussion by Council to not delay the purchase. Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilman Cummings seconded that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Kippur Agreement for Marshall water. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Fauson seconded the City Administrator's Report be accepted and placed on file. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Inquired why there was a work stoppage on Centennial Drive. Administrator vJur1 advised that the pan had been poured and the contractors were waiting for it to set up - approximately 14 days. Commented there is a lot of speeding on Willow Street j~ the Hi11sborough West Sub- division, what can be done? Director Leesman advised they would patrol the area more closely. Wished to get Council's feelings on the Com- munity Goals that were prioritized and needed to know what direction Council is taking, and be more specific regarding these goals. He
