All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Each counci1member had a copy of the Sale <br />Agreement. Administrator Wur1 requested <br />Council authori.ze the Mayor and City Clerk <br />to sign the Kippur agreement. <br /> <br />Suggested this Sale Agreement be postponed <br />until July 8th when the Denver Water Agree- <br />ment is discussed, and when Council had an <br />opportunity the review the water analyses. <br />Administrator ~~r1 advised this could be <br />done but felt that Marshall water should be <br />purchased whenever the City has that oppor- <br />tunity, as we purchase a storage right along <br />with the water shares. <br />General discussion by Council to not delay <br />the purchase. <br /> <br />Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that the Mayor and City Clerk be <br />authorized to sign the Kippur Agreement for <br />Marshall water. Question called for. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded the City Administrator's Report be <br />accepted and placed on file. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Inquired why there was a work stoppage on <br />Centennial Drive. <br />Administrator vJur1 advised that the pan had <br />been poured and the contractors were waiting <br />for it to set up - approximately 14 days. <br /> <br />Commented there is a lot of speeding on <br />Willow Street j~ the Hi11sborough West Sub- <br />division, what can be done? <br />Director Leesman advised they would patrol <br />the area more closely. <br /> <br />Wished to get Council's feelings on the Com- <br />munity Goals that were prioritized and needed <br />to know what direction Council is taking, and <br />be more specific regarding these goals.
