How Council plans to approach the Comp Plan and how the Comp Plan fits in with the overall development of the City. Felt that Council needed to set more direction for staff, and would like to set aside in the near future some time to deal with these issues, and how it all ties into the budget. Councilman Leary Suggested that some of the issues mentioned by Councilman Cussen be discussed in the context of the meeting on Thursday evening, July 8th as he too felt this is an area where Council needed more clarification. Status List Needed clarification on the status list - were Councilmembers to give Administrator Wurl their lists. stated Administrator 'VJurljhis interpretation was that he would put the lists together and submit them to Council.
