Page - 5 -

Councilwoman Morris Just one more statement, I think that your
public transportation figure will change when you move to
Louisville.

Chuck Clossen That of course is not known and is something
we are trying to figure out. It maybe that all the figures will
change.

Councilman Cussen I think many of the questions that I would
have asked, have been asked already, and I don't wish to be
redunant in some of my comments; but I guess traffic impact is
my greatest concern too. Maybe we need some help with the
Boulder County Commissioners in trying to push that date
forward on the widening of South Boulder Road all the way into
Boulder. As I can see that being a horrendous problem. Once
you get down the hill and all the way into Boulder.

Ken Tanaguchi As much as I like to work with the Boulder
County Commissioners, we just don't have the time that I feel
it would take for them to act.

CQuncilman Cussen I guess what I am asking though is if and
when that time comes that maybe a word from Neodata would
certainly be helpful.

Ken Tanaguchi

I don't feel that is a problem at all.

Ceuncilman Cussen Another thought that John has mentioned here
in some of the constituents in Ward 1 that I represent, certainly
Neodata falls within that area. I would like to encourage
some neighborhood meetings of the residents of the area to give
some imput before we get too far into the planning. Because I
myself was confused tonight. I thought we were looking at a
Subdivision review process.

Ken Tanaguchi
process.

We are proceeding with the subdivision review

John Rupp

Yes, they have made application for the sub-
division plat. It is scheduled for the Planning Commission
meeting of April and we will have the first hearing on May 11, 1982.
That is in progress.

Councilman Cussen I know that something new will come out of
that, but I think it would be good to have citizen imput as to

Ken Tanaguchi If you called me and said you would like to
have me come to a neighborhood meeting, I would be more than
happy to do so.

Councilman Cussen I appreciate that. I think that pretty well
covers my comments.
