All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The workshop will be held Saturday, Hay 15, <br />1982 at the Littleton center, if anyone <br />wishes to attend let Administrator Wurl <br />know by May 7th. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that the City Administrator's re- <br />port be accepted and placed on file. <br /> <br />Wished Chief Leesman to let Detective Glass <br />know that Council appreciated his diligence <br />in his work and he is a credit to the Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />Inquired what the status was of the meeting <br />with Lafayette and the Community Hospital <br />people. <br />Mr. Wurl advised they are awaiting the site <br />location determination. <br />Councilman Leary requested an up-date on the <br />Water Quality Streams standards relating <br />to the City's position. <br /> <br />Inquired what the status was of the purchase <br />of the water truck. <br />Wurl advised, hopefully they would have more <br />information by next council meeting. <br /> <br />Commented he had several complaints regard- <br />ing Storer Cable TV. There are a signifi- <br />cant number of residents primarily in apart- <br />ments who are not receiving service. The <br />problem seems that Storer must enter into <br />an agreement either with the manager or <br />owner of the complex, requiring certain <br />specifications to install their service. <br />~he owners/managers informed him they had <br />provided the si!;gned agreements but Storer <br />had not provided service. <br />Councilman Cussen stated the numberous times <br />Storer had been granted extensions by Council <br />to complete installation, now felt they were <br />not in compliance with the agreement signed <br />by them. He cited sections of the agreement <br />which he felt were non-compliance 2C-4 pro- <br />viding servicE~, 7B - C construction time <br />tables, l5A hookup of the Library and City <br />Hall - also l8C, 19B, 19F, and 30-1 thru 5. <br />30-6 which would provide a mobile broadcasting <br />
