Taniguchi concurred they had no intention <br />of waiving the subdivision procedure. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />Wanted to verify that there would be no <br />construction of the facility prior to an <br />approved P.D.D. or subdivision agreement. <br />Mr. Taniguchi assured him there would not. <br />Councilman Leary also expressed his concerns <br />with the residents surrounding the area and <br />36% of the land being asphalt for parking <br />area. <br />Discussion by counci1members and Neodata <br />regarding traffic impact, neighborhood <br />meetings, and landscaping. <br /> <br />Patricia Malone <br />503 West Ash Court <br /> <br />Inquired if Council approved an amendment <br />to the annexation agreement, and if a <br />building permit is issued to them - how <br />long would it take them to build the pro- <br />posed project. <br />Mr. Taniguchi advised approximately one <br />year after construction begins. <br />l1rs. Malone expressed her concern about the <br />traffic impact of the people living in her <br />neighborhood, most of whom work in Boulder, <br />felt they would have difficulty at the <br />intersection of South 80th and South Boulder <br />Road. <br /> <br />Don Edmonds <br />1558 Taft Court <br /> <br />Wanted to know how much open space is <br />included in the Neodata project. <br />The reply was 1.719 acres <br />Mr. Edmonds remarked that 307 people parking <br />would create an asphalt jungle, seven days <br />a week. <br />
