Councilman Cussen maved, Cauncilman Cummings secanded that Resalutian #13 - Series 1982 Inducement af Industrial Revenue Bands far Neadata be adapted. Stated he was nat camfartable that all the criteria far revenue bands was necessarily being met, and was nat perfectly satisfied that the structure, i.e. parking and traffic had really been warked out to. a degree that he felt the criteria had been satisfied and at this time indicate an intentian to. issue such bands.
