<br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />TRACK INN - LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />Mayor Heier <br /> <br />KIRK BADGER - L.D.C. <br /> <br />4/6/82 <br /> <br />Page -6- <br /> <br />Hayor Heier inquired if there was anyone <br />in favor of the application - None. <br />Anyone opposed - none. Council comments - none. <br />Mayor Meier closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded that the American Legion Liquor Licens~. <br />Special Events applications be approved for <br />4/23/82, 5/7/82, 5/15/82, and 7/30/82. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Hotion <br />carried 7-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised the appli- <br />cation had been reviewed and it was in order. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that the Track Inn Liquor License <br />renewal be approved. <br /> <br />Requested Chief Leesman to respond to the <br />incident report submitted to counci1members <br />for the Track Inn as to the seriousness of <br />the incidents. <br />Chief Leesman advised they were not - some <br />of them were domestic disturbances not directly <br />related to the establishment. <br /> <br />Requested Mr. Charles Grosso to ask his patrons <br />to not interfere with the firemen when answer- <br />ing a rescue call at his establishment. Grosso <br />agreed to comply. <br /> <br />Question called for on the motion. All in <br />favor. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />Kirk Badger, President of the Louisville <br />Development Corp. stated Council had approved <br />by motion a reserve of $25,000.00 for down- <br />town revitalization, contigent on a memorandum <br />of agreement between the L.D.C. and the City. <br />Each counci1member had a copy of a memo of <br />agreement submitted by the L.D.C. <br /> <br />Discussion by council regarding the allot- <br />ment of the $25,000. Concerns expressed <br />by members for the amount being excessive <br />for administrative costs. <br />
