APPROVAL TRACK INN - LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL APPROVAL Councilman Leary Mayor Heier KIRK BADGER - L.D.C. 4/6/82 Page -6- Hayor Heier inquired if there was anyone in favor of the application - None. Anyone opposed - none. Council comments - none. Mayor Meier closed the public hearing. Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Leary seconded that the American Legion Liquor Licens~. Special Events applications be approved for 4/23/82, 5/7/82, 5/15/82, and 7/30/82. Question called for. All in favor. Hotion carried 7-0. Attorney Rautenstraus advised the appli- cation had been reviewed and it was in order. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings seconded that the Track Inn Liquor License renewal be approved. Requested Chief Leesman to respond to the incident report submitted to counci1members for the Track Inn as to the seriousness of the incidents. Chief Leesman advised they were not - some of them were domestic disturbances not directly related to the establishment. Requested Mr. Charles Grosso to ask his patrons to not interfere with the firemen when answer- ing a rescue call at his establishment. Grosso agreed to comply. Question called for on the motion. All in favor. Motion carried 7-0. Kirk Badger, President of the Louisville Development Corp. stated Council had approved by motion a reserve of $25,000.00 for down- town revitalization, contigent on a memorandum of agreement between the L.D.C. and the City. Each counci1member had a copy of a memo of agreement submitted by the L.D.C. Discussion by council regarding the allot- ment of the $25,000. Concerns expressed by members for the amount being excessive for administrative costs.
