<br />PUBLIC HEARING SET <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />ORDINANCE #754 - M1ENDING <br />THE CODE OF ETHICS <br /> <br />ADOPTION <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #755 - ADOPTING <br />1977 EDITION MODEL TRAFFIC <br />CODE - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />ADOPTION <br /> <br />4/6/82 <br /> <br />Page -8- <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Cussen <br />seconded that the Boulder Valley Pow Wow <br />3.2% Liquor License application be accepted <br />and the public hearing set for April 20, 1982. <br />Question called for. 6 Ayes - 1 Nay - Council- <br />man Fauson dissenting. Hotion carried. <br /> <br />Bill Bradley who had accepted the proclamation <br />from the Hayor on Vietnam Veterans, stated <br />that the City of Louisville is the first <br />City in the State or in the nation to present <br />this type of proclamation for its Vietnam <br />Veterans and wished to thank everyone. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by <br />title only on second reading and certified <br />proper publication. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded Ordinance #754-Arnending the Code <br />of Ethics be adopted. Roll call vote. <br />YES: Meier, Fauson, Ferrera, Leary, <br />Cussen, Cummings, Morris <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only on second reading and public <br />hearing, and certified proper publication. <br />Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and <br />asked if there were any public comments <br />for the ordinance - none. Any public <br />comments opposed to the ordinance - none. <br />Council comments - Councilman Leary reiterated <br />that a change was being made in this ordin- <br />ance which gives the City Engineer power to <br />set speed limits and Council would suggest <br />that he let us know when he plans to do this. <br />Mayor Meier closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, seconded by Council- <br />man Ferrera that Ordinance #755 - Adopting <br />1977 Edition Model Traffic Code be adopted. <br />Roll call vote: <br />YES: Leary, Ferrera, Meier, Cussen, <br />Fauson, Morris, Cu~nings. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
