Also, <br />if the utilities come within footage, to <br />be determined by staff as reasonable, that <br />the owners will pay for the extension to <br />hook on to the utilities. In addition, <br />that within 5 years this issue be reviewed <br />with the understanding that Council will <br />look at the present situation and re- <br />examine this entire agreement with the <br />option to redo it. Roll call vote: <br />YES: Morris, Cummings, Cussen, <br />Fauson, Ferrera, Leary <br />NO: Heier <br />Motion carried 6-1. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded Vera Taylor be reappointed to the <br />Housing Authority Board. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried unani- <br />mously. <br /> <br />Each member of council had a copy of memo <br />provided by Director Rupp of his recommen- <br />dation. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded that DRCOG Scenario IV Employ- <br />ment/Population Forecast be adopted. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautemstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only on second reading and certi- <br />fied proper publication. He advised a <br />memo had been distributed to councilmembers <br />with suggested amendments at the last <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Cussen <br />seconded Ordinance #753 be amended - section <br />17.64.020 adding or to install an oil and <br />gas pipeline "within the corporate limits <br />of the City, etc." Secondly to amend sec- <br />tion 17.64.060 by adding (d) Everyappli- <br />
