Also, if the utilities come within footage, to be determined by staff as reasonable, that the owners will pay for the extension to hook on to the utilities. In addition, that within 5 years this issue be reviewed with the understanding that Council will look at the present situation and re- examine this entire agreement with the option to redo it. Roll call vote: YES: Morris, Cummings, Cussen, Fauson, Ferrera, Leary NO: Heier Motion carried 6-1. Councilman Leary moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded Vera Taylor be reappointed to the Housing Authority Board. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unani- mously. Each member of council had a copy of memo provided by Director Rupp of his recommen- dation. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Leary seconded that DRCOG Scenario IV Employ- ment/Population Forecast be adopted. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. None. Attorney Rautemstraus read the ordinance by title only on second reading and certi- fied proper publication. He advised a memo had been distributed to councilmembers with suggested amendments at the last Council meeting. Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Cussen seconded Ordinance #753 be amended - section 17.64.020 adding or to install an oil and gas pipeline "within the corporate limits of the City, etc." Secondly to amend sec- tion 17.64.060 by adding (d) Everyappli-
