ADOPTED 3/16/82 Page -5- Referred to section 17.64.070 (b) Aban- doment of Well, particularly the restor- ation of the site after the well has been abandoned or ceases to operate; inquired whose responsibility it was to oversee the project.and inspect the site. Director Rupp advised the Building Dept. personnel and ultimately John Lanterman, the Planner. Requested that Director Rupp set up a schedule to monitor this closely. Director Rupp advised this would be done with a check-off list and a copy given to Councilmembers. Roll call votE~ on the motion to adopt Ord- inance #753 as amended. YES: Ferrera, Leary, Horris, Cummings Meier, Cussen, Fauson. Hotion ca.rried 7-0. Attorney Rautenstraus requested Ordinance #754 be tabled on second reading because it had been amended and was not published in a timely manner. Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded Ordinance #754 - Amending Code of Ethics be tabled until April 6, 1982. Question calle!d for. All in favor. Hotion carried unanimously. Attorney Rautemstraus read the ordinance by title only on first reading and the request was for publication. Councilman CUTI~ings moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that Ordinance #756 - Changing Fence Standards be put out for publication. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution in its entirety. Councilman Cussen, Councilwoman Norris moved that Resolution #12 - Wade Payne Plat and P.U.D. be adopted.
