There are 2 detached family <br />units on the site with separate water and <br />sewer taps. Director Rupp advised there <br />are several properties within the older <br />sections of the City where there are <br />two detached homes on the property, and <br />in order for the heirs to sell the property <br />the detache.d homes need to have their own <br />lots. <br />Planning Connnission and staff reconnnended <br />approval. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />Connnented he was present at the Planning <br />Connnission when this was discussed - they <br />did a very thorough job and wished to compli- <br />ment them. <br /> <br />Question call€~d for on the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - <br />ARBOR DAY <br /> <br />Hayor _Jl~ie:r rE~ad the resolution in its <br />entirety. <br />Director Hioco advised the Arbor Day cele- <br />bration will take place at Village Square <br />from 8:00 A.M. until noon, in front of <br />the Bungalow Drug Store. <br />The Arbor Day festivities will continue at <br />South Park at 1:00 P.M. Louisville has <br />been designated Tree City USA, and the <br />Mayor and City Administrator will be presented <br />a plaque. He would appreciate everyone's <br />participation. <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE DESIGNATED <br />TREE CITY USA <br /> <br />Director Hioco advised a tree program was <br />initiated. by Administrator ~vurl approxi- <br />mately 3 years ago with the Tree Fund. <br />The Tree Board has compiled the booklet <br />on the care and maintenance of trees for <br />the City. <br />Governor Lannn has invited the Mayor and <br />Administrator to his office for special <br />awards. <br />
