<br />ACCEPTANCE OF CITY <br />ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />REPORT <br />L.D.C. AGREEl1ENT - GUIDELINES <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN - APPROVE <br />PROPOSED STUDY SESSION <br /> <br />MAY 20, 1982 APPROVED DATE <br />FOR JOINT STUDY SESSION <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ADMINIS- <br />TRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />3/16/82 <br /> <br />Page -7- <br /> <br />Councilman FaUlson moved, Councilman Cum- <br />mings seconded the City Attorney's re- <br />port be accepted and placed on file. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl stated the L.D.C. was <br />allotted $25,000 of the Homart/Kahan funds <br />with the understanding there would be a <br />memorandum of agreement. He inquired whom <br />Council "W'ished to develop the memo; and if <br />it was he and the attorney they would like <br />some guidelines. <br /> <br />vfuo is a member of the L.D.C. reported that <br />L.D.C. had prepared an informational report, <br />but to his knowledge was not a memorandum <br />of agreement. <br /> <br />Advised it was his opinion the L.D.C. people <br />would reply to the four conditions as stated <br />in the motion granting the $25,000 to them. <br />When this was done, Council would review <br />it, and Council would instruct staff how to <br />proceed. <br /> <br />Each member of council had a copy of the <br />proposed schedule. Administrator Wurl <br />advised one of the dates is a proposed <br />joint session with the council on May <br />20, 1982 and he was requesting formal <br />approval of that date for the study session <br />with the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Horris moved, Councilman Cum- <br />mings seconded that May 20 1982 be approved <br />as the date for council to meet with the <br />Planning Commi.ssion regarding a joint work <br />session for the comprehensive plan. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded the City Administrator's report be <br />accepted and placed on file. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />
