ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT L.D.C. AGREEl1ENT - GUIDELINES Councilman Fauson Councilman Leary COMPREHENSIVE PLAN - APPROVE PROPOSED STUDY SESSION MAY 20, 1982 APPROVED DATE FOR JOINT STUDY SESSION ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ADMINIS- TRATOR'S REPORT 3/16/82 Page -7- Councilman FaUlson moved, Councilman Cum- mings seconded the City Attorney's re- port be accepted and placed on file. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Administrator Wurl stated the L.D.C. was allotted $25,000 of the Homart/Kahan funds with the understanding there would be a memorandum of agreement. He inquired whom Council "W'ished to develop the memo; and if it was he and the attorney they would like some guidelines. vfuo is a member of the L.D.C. reported that L.D.C. had prepared an informational report, but to his knowledge was not a memorandum of agreement. Advised it was his opinion the L.D.C. people would reply to the four conditions as stated in the motion granting the $25,000 to them. When this was done, Council would review it, and Council would instruct staff how to proceed. Each member of council had a copy of the proposed schedule. Administrator Wurl advised one of the dates is a proposed joint session with the council on May 20, 1982 and he was requesting formal approval of that date for the study session with the Planning Commission. Councilwoman Horris moved, Councilman Cum- mings seconded that May 20 1982 be approved as the date for council to meet with the Planning Commi.ssion regarding a joint work session for the comprehensive plan. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings seconded the City Administrator's report be accepted and placed on file. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried.
