Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the Ordinance <br />by title only on first reading and the <br />request was for authorization for publi- <br />cation. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded Ordinance #754 - Amending Code <br />of Ethics be published. <br /> <br />Inquired if a policy had been set by Council <br />previously, that if an amendment or a new <br />ordinance be introduced, councilmembers would <br />have an opportunity to review it at a work <br />session prior to publication. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier and Attorney Rautenstraus recalled <br />discussion on policy but nothing formal has <br />been set. Council generally agreed a formal <br />procedure should be enacted. <br />
