The original plan was for 3 story condominium units, this plan is for 2 story townhouses, side by side with each unit having a basement. This second plan also removed the residential units from South Boulder Road and finally they chose to align the main access with Cottonwood Drive. The amount of open space area is 49% - well above the city's code. Be110ck also confirmed the addition of the fire hydrant as requested by the Fire Dept. , Hr. Be110ck then addressed the concerns of staff regarding the curb cuts and trash containers. In phase one of the project- the 10 most western1y units he showed council on the map wh€~re the access would be on South Boulder Road - Phase II will have an access from Cottonwood Drive, when this is done the access to South Boulder Road will be closed off, and will be egress only made possible by a concrete abutment that will be westbound only. At the same time 1and- caping will be constructed where the access was and provide a fenced-in enclosure. The trash enclosure exceeds 20' from South Boulder Road and will be shielded by the landscaping and trees; also the trash trucks could only travel thru the project in lieu of backing up on South Boulder Road. Discussion by council relative to resubmitting PUD plan after initial approval and location of trash containers. Hayor Heier moved, seconded by Councilman Cussen Resolution #11 - Aspen Greens Amend- ment - P.U.D. And Plat be adopted.
