<br />Location of Wells <br />Amendment <br /> <br />Production Apparatus <br />Amendment <br /> <br />Enforcement <br />Amendment <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #7 - INDUSTRIAL <br />REVENUE BOND CRITERIA <br /> <br />Councilman Ferrera <br /> <br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />2/5/82 <br /> <br />Page -5- <br /> <br />Councilman Leary requested an amendment <br />to section 17.64.070 (a) Location of Wells, <br />to read "nor nearer than eight hundred feet <br />from any school." <br />Leary also cornnented in terms of location <br />of the wells one of the criteria he would <br />suggest is consideration of pipeline location, <br />before the well is drilled. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that could be <br />a major consideration when the Special Re- <br />view Use Permit is submitted. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary suggested "including re- <br />taining pits" shall be placed in locations <br />as specificially approved by the City be <br />added to this section. <br /> <br />Leary requested the word "health" and safety <br />be added to section 17.64.080 on page 4. <br /> <br />Requested clarification of the wording <br />on page 3 - Permit fees - "payable within <br />30 days after each anniversary date of <br />such permit, did this mean 30 days prior <br />to the anniversary date or 60 days. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus stated - not 60 days <br />but within 30 days they must pay the $1,000. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded Ordinance in 50 Regulating the <br />Exploration and Production of Oil and Gas <br />Within the City of Louisville and Requiring <br />a Permit for Such Exploration and Production <br />be published as amended. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution <br />in its entirety. <br /> <br />Remarked it was his opinion that #8 of <br />the criteria relative to quality of life <br />could be applied by #9 and should be deleted <br />from the resolution. <br /> <br />Commented he ~flOuld like to have this section <br />included, but would like the wording to be <br />changed from IIIdrastic" adverse impact on <br />
