Question called for. <br /> <br />YES - Meier, Fauson, Ferrera <br />NO - Leary, Cussen, Morris <br />Motion defeated 3-3. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary moved, seconded by Council- <br />woman Morris the word drastic in criteria <br />#8 be changed to significant - Resolution <br />#7 Industrial Revenue Bond Criteria. <br />Question called for. <br /> <br />YES - Morris, Fauson, Cussen, Leary <br />NO - Ferrera, Meier <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />Commented he was unaware of any situation <br />with Industrial Bonds requests for competing <br />for profits interest and he was curious if <br />all council mE~mbers were confortable that <br />these criteria would address that situation. <br /> <br />Reported in the past council did not have any <br />criteria for Industrial Revenue Bonds, and <br />he requested this be initiated with the option <br />of revising it in the future. <br /> <br />Concurred with Councilman Fauson and remarked <br />this was good criteria as a beginning and <br />as problems arose it could be revised to <br />fit the particular situation. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded Resolution #7 - Industrial Bond <br />Criteria be adopted. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution <br />in its entirety and advised Mr. Chuck <br />Bellock was present to answer any questions. <br />
