Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded Resolution #9 - State Lottery be <br />adopted. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Commented in 1980 when the City's first <br />resolution was adopted to support the State <br />Lottery Louisville's portion would be $56,000, <br />now this amount has been cut to 1/3rd this <br />amount. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, seconded by Council- <br />woman Morris the City Attorney's report be <br />accepted and placed on file. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Each member of council had a copy of an <br />agreement that had originated in 1980 with <br />Boulder Commw~ity Hospital, which basically <br />provided the City would donate a site for <br />their use, loeated on land that had been <br />dedicated to the City by the Centennial <br />Valley Mall people. Mr. Art Tanner, repre- <br />senting Boulder Community Hospital was in <br />attendance to address a new proposal by <br />this association. <br /> <br />Advised he was the assistant director for <br />finance for Boulder Community Hospital. <br />They had accepted the property that was <br />originally discussed, it was still their <br />intention to honor that agreement. In the <br />interim the City of Lafayette had been solicited <br />by St. Anthony's Hospital to construct an <br />emergency fac.ility and physicians' offices. <br />During discussions with physicians and the <br />city management of Lafayette, taking into <br />consideration the referral pattern that <br />
