Seconded by Councilman <br />Brown. Seconded by <br />Councilman Meier. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Hotion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only and the request was for <br />publication. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance <br />#744 - Vacating a Section of Short St. <br />be put out for publication. Seconded by <br />Councilman Heier. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Hotion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution <br />in its entirety and certified publication. <br />Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing <br />and asked if there was anyone present <br />supporting the resolution - none. Opposed <br />to the n~solution - none. Council comments. <br />Commented that he was not present for the <br />budget sl:ssions due to his employement, but <br />had gone over it with Accountant Caranci <br />and found it favorable. <br />Mayor Caranci closed the public hearing. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Resolution #25 <br />Adoption of 1982 Budget be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Brown. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br />
