Sustainability Advisory Board Agenda
March 16
audits. Todd asked about the staff point person for budget items.
Emily replied that the new sustainability coordinator would be the
point person. Lev recommended communicating and coordinating
with City Council so that we do not duplicate efforts and do not
veer off track. Todd asked Emily if City Council has plans to
communicate more with advisory boards. Emily replied that more
communication is unlikely in light of the Marshall fire recovery
effort. Lev suggested that we inform City Council of our plans and
request input. Todd asked that we send him initial ideas for budget
requests by 1 April.
9. Administration Tasks
Josh volunteered to discuss LSAB compliance with bylaws at next
month's meeting, particularly with regard to the designation of the
chair. Emily said that she would check with the City clerk on this
issue.
10. Adjourn
Lev motioned that we adjourn; Seth seconded his motion. LSAB
adjourned at 7:58 pm.
