Seconded by <br />Councilman Fauson. Roll call vote: <br />Fauson Yes <br />Domenico Yes <br />Cummings Yes <br />Brown Yes <br />DelPizzo Yes <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title <br />only, and advised Council the location was <br />just north of the Mission Greens area in the <br />Centennial Valley I Subdivision replat. <br />Director Rupp showed a slide of the area <br />involved and informed Council it would <br />be returned to the property owners as it <br />was not needed for a street right-of-way. <br />Councilman Fauson moved that Ordinance <br />#720 - Lois Lane Vacation - be sent out for <br />publication. Seconded by Councilman Brown. <br />Commented that each member of Council be <br />certain they will not defeat the ordinance <br />on second reading before funds are expended <br />for publication. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title <br />only. Each member of council had before <br />him a copy of the ordinance and a map of <br />the cemetery. Attorney Joss advised Council <br />the area.s would be utilized for grave sites <br />by the City. <br />Administrator Wurl advised approximately <br />2 years ago Council has passed an ordinance <br />authorizing the closing of the streets but <br />did not specify the names of the streets, <br />this action would do that. <br />
