Seconded by Council- <br />man BrO~l. Question called for. 4 Ayes. <br />Councilman Domenico Nay. Motion carried <br />4-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the resolution in its <br />entirety. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Resolution <br />if14 - Honoring Patricia Stahl be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the resolution in its <br />entirety. <br />Councilman Fauson moved that Resolution if15 <br />honoring Mike Randall be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Cummings. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Director of Community Development Rupp in- <br />formed Council the location was 732 Main <br />St. and presented slides of the site plan. <br />The applicant's request was to utilize <br />the empty lot on the north side of the <br />existing building as an outdoor, seasonal <br />eating and drinking area, (Summer months only) <br />to handle expected over-flow crowd,and to <br />continue to revitalize his property and <br />beautify the downtown area. Access would <br />be from the building and a Special Review <br />Use Agreement had been signed by Richard <br />Ross, owner, assuring the City it would <br />be run as a first-class business operation. <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval. <br />Inquired. if Mr. Ross planned to keep the <br />outdoor area open through Labor Day. <br />Mr. Ross replied that the special review <br />use did not specify a time for the outdoor <br />area; however in his opinion it would be <br />depending on the weather conditions. <br />
