<br />5/19/81 <br /> <br />Page -12 - <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings moved that Resolution <br />4111 - Centennial Valley I - Phases 2 & 3 <br />be approved. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. <br />Inquired if the extension of Lois Drive <br />would com.e up again at a later date. <br />Administrator Wurl advised since Planning <br />Conunission and council made this commitment <br />in all fairness this is what should be done, <br />since so many residents in the area were <br />against the extension. <br />Director Rupp advised Council that if at <br />a later date Council decides that Lois <br />Drive must be extended, the sub-division <br />agreement states that the developer has to <br />pay for that improvement. <br />Councilman DelPizzo inquired if the drainage <br />engineering was being done as if Lois Drive <br />was extended now. <br />City Engineer Blanchard advised that it was. <br />Confirmed Director Rupp's statement that the <br />sub-division agreement did require that prior <br />to the completion of the entire development <br />if the City decides they wish to extend Lois <br />Drive his company is obligated to do this <br />as well as the improvements. <br />Expressed his concern with Homeowners Assoc. <br />not taking care of improvements and suggested <br />some agreement be made with the developer <br />that this is their responsibility, standard <br />criteria should be developed to insure this. <br />Inquired of Mr. Brooks if he stated Lois <br />Drive would be extended. <br />Mr. Brooks replied no - only if at a later <br />date Council should desire this they would <br />pay for it. <br />Inquired of Mr. Brooks if the Homeowners Assoc. <br />would be extended from Mission Greens to the <br />remaining 65 sites that W.J.S. Corp. would <br />be developing at a later date. <br />Mr. Brooks stated their decision was not to <br />extend the Homeowners Assoc. and agreement <br />was reached with the Mission Greens homeowners. <br />Roll call vote on Resolution 4111 - <br />DelPizzo Yes <br />Brown Yes <br />Cummings Yes <br />Fauson Yes <br />Domenico Yes <br />Meier Yes <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo <br /> <br />Drainage <br /> <br />PAUL BROOKS REPRESENTING <br />W.J.S.
