Motion carried 5-1. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Each member of Council had a copy of a letter <br />from 5 families on Harper & Canon Sts. <br />requesting a block party for 6 graduates <br />from Centaurus High School. <br />Mayor Caranci and council members granted <br />the requ,est - Mr. Wurl to notify people <br />involved. <br /> <br />Each member of Council had a copy of the <br />City Vehicles Policy and Administrator <br />Wurl requested approval. <br /> <br />Requested of Chief Accountant Caranci to <br />check reimbursement of mileage figure on <br />print-out - 300% over. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that <br />Policy be adopted. Seconded <br />Meier. Question called for. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />the City Vehicle <br />by Councilman <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised this was the <br />total amount of items that were called for <br />bids - some police, some parks and recreation <br />vehicles. There was one change on the police <br />radios - should read 60 months in lieu of <br />36 months.- the amount for 60 months would be <br />$846.80. The request now was instead of <br />recommending GM leasing for parks & rec. <br />vehicles - ~h~y have combined all these <br />getting a better deal from Merit Leasing, <br />was asking Council's approval of equipment items <br />listed on the Merit Leasing proposal in the <br />amount of $2,675.99 per month. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Merit Leasing <br />be award,ed tne leasing contract for all <br />equipment items. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />
