Seconded by Council1nan <br />Domenico. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Notion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Postponed until the June 2, 1981 council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Storage <br />Technology annexation request be referred <br />to the Planning Conrrnission for recommenda- <br />tion and review. Seconded by Councilman <br />Cunrrnings. Question called for. All in <br />ravor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Cu~nings moved that the Richard <br />Biella annexation request be rererred to the <br />Planning Conrrnission ror recolnmendation and <br />review. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Question called ror. All in ravor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci asked if everything on the <br />new City Hall had been rixed except the windows? <br />Administrator Wurl advised everything but <br />the windows on the north side or building <br />and a spot underneath the overhang on the <br />rront or the building had been rixed. <br />Mayor Caranci asked ir the City had paid <br />ror all the electrical work. <br />Administrator Wurl advised this had been ne- <br />goiated with NCR and the Xerox - City paying <br />a portion and companies paying a portion. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the C.I.C. <br />payment request be approved ror $2,500.00 <br />and $2,500 be withheld until the work is <br />completed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Question called ror. All in ravor. Notion <br />carried 6-0. <br />
