SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE POW WOW JOE TENNESON - STORER T.V. CABLE T.V. City Attorney Joss read the Hayor's Procla- mation - Public Works in its entirety. Hayor Caranci thanked Fred McNulty and all the men for attending the meeting. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Special Events Liquor License for the Pow Wow be accepted and a public hearing be set for June 2, 1981. Seconded by Council1nan Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Notion carried 6-0. Postponed until the June 2, 1981 council meeting. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Storage Technology annexation request be referred to the Planning Conrrnission for recommenda- tion and review. Seconded by Councilman Cunrrnings. Question called for. All in ravor. Motion carried. Councilman Cu~nings moved that the Richard Biella annexation request be rererred to the Planning Conrrnission ror recolnmendation and review. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called ror. All in ravor. Motion carried. Mayor Caranci asked if everything on the new City Hall had been rixed except the windows? Administrator Wurl advised everything but the windows on the north side or building and a spot underneath the overhang on the rront or the building had been rixed. Mayor Caranci asked ir the City had paid ror all the electrical work. Administrator Wurl advised this had been ne- goiated with NCR and the Xerox - City paying a portion and companies paying a portion. Councilman Domenico moved that the C.I.C. payment request be approved ror $2,500.00 and $2,500 be withheld until the work is completed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called ror. All in ravor. Notion carried 6-0.
