Administrator Wurl to <br />write a letter to Boulder County Conunissioners <br />of Council's motion. <br /> <br />At the request of Council, Director Rupp <br />submitted to each member a list of procedures <br />for administrative approval on minor changes. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Administrative <br />Approval Procedures be approved. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Roll call vote: <br />Cununings Yes <br />DE~lPizzo Yes <br />Meier Yes <br />Domenico Yes <br />Fauson Yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Each member of council had a copy of the <br />letter from Mr. Kahan stating for health <br />reasons he would not be present at this <br />meeting, but would be at the council meeting <br />on May 19, 1981. <br />Mr. Stahl reported that Hr. Kahan would <br />outline the construction schedule for <br />the Centennial Valley Mall at the May 19, 1981 <br />council meeting. <br />Mr. Stahl advised council that the bid had <br />been awarded for the sewer line from the <br />treatment plant to the Mall site. The pipe <br />has been delivered and the engineering has <br />begun on Phase I. The city has been supplied <br />with the guarantees for the public improvement <br />work. He suggested that any questions on <br />the actual construction of the buildings be <br />deferred until Mr. Kahan and Mr. Beck are <br />present at the May 19th meeting. <br />Mr. Stahl reported that the ultimate c.ost <br />of the sewer line was $850,000, and stated <br />the anticipated date for starting on the <br />water treatment plant and the raw water <br />line from Marshall Lake to the treatment <br />plant in August of 1981, and a completion <br />date of one year for the two projects. <br /> <br />Councilmernbers requested that Mr. Stahl <br />relay to Mr. Kahan that firm dates be given <br />them and the citizens of Louisville and these <br />dates be met on schedule without any further <br />embarrassment to the City. <br />Mr. Stahl agreed to relay the request to Mr. Kahar <br />
