It was his recommendation that the present alignment (with signa1iza.tion) of Main St. be retained as is. Counci1ma.n DelPizzo moved we retain the present alignment of Main St. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Roll call vote - DelPizzo Yes Carnival No Fauson Yes Domenico No Cummings Yes Meier Yes Motion carried 4-2. Director Hioco advised McStain Enter- prises has signed all the contracts for irrigation system, sod and fencing. They are estimating 6 to 7 weeks to construct South Park so it should be ready for sununer. Administrator Wur1 presented each council member with a copy of cost estimates and time-table. He was asking Council's authorization to pro- ceed with the schedule and call for bids April 21, 1981. Councilman Carnival moved that Admin- istratorWur1 be authorized to proceed with the schedule for the standby generator at the wastewater pump station and call for bids April 21, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0.. Each council member had a copy of a letter from the Boulder County Health Dept. which advised that Louisville not utilize the Community Ditch and with the Centennial Valley Mall pro-
