3/19/81

Page - 9 -

Councilman Meier
Centennial Valley Mall

reviewed by City Engineer Blanchard.

Would like to be informed by memo
on the progress of the Mall as
several residents call for this in-
formation.
Stated it has been approximately 1 yr.
and 3 days since RTD had a meeting at
our Middle School and noted that they
were asking for a Ie sales tax increase
for a light-rail system in the southern
part of Dl=nver. Since the City of
Louisville is not getting any benefits
from this nor have they improved their
service to our City, it was his thought
that a letter be written to the legis-
lature stating this is unfair since
they are not dealing with the munici-
palities by not following up on past
projects. Also that the City never
received the results of the survey
taken here.

RTD

~uncilman Carnival

Stated he had the opportunity of
going with a group of young ladies
to the St. Patrick's Day parade in
Denver sponsored by our Corrununity
Services Dept. and he wished to
compliment the department and Nancy
Shaw, as well as the driver Kirk Allen
and the girls.

Councilman DelPizzo

Thanked the city staff, mayor and
council for the flowers sent to his
mother-in.-law.
Asked if money had been budgeted.
Administratorwurl advised that it
had been.

4th of July Picnic

Councilman Currunings
Alley Paving

Inquired if and when this project would
begin.
Mr. Wurl advised that he would submit
a plan to Council for approval in about
a month.
Would like to go on record that the
City ought to make the realtors thru
developers-rn~ke it their responsibility

Developers & Realtors
