Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Question <br />called for. All in favor. ffution <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that <br />alternative #1 - signalization <br />at South Boulder Road and Main only. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier inquired if this <br />signal light could be installed to <br />deal with another light at Centennial <br />Drive should this be necessary in <br />the near future. <br />City Engineer Blanchard advised a more <br />sophisticated control could be in- <br />stalled so this could be accomplished. <br />Question called for. All in favor. <br />Hotion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Inquired of Council if he would be <br />allowed to build homes on his property, <br />since there was no realignment of <br />Main St:. <br />Attorney Joss advised him another <br />Council could not be bound to adhere <br />to deci.sions of the present council. <br />
