Revitalization Commission <br />Minutes <br />July 13, 2022 <br />Page 3of6 <br />Business Matters of Commission: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22-05: APPROVING A PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE <br />ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, THE <br />LOUISVILLE REVITALIZATION COMMISSION, AND SPLIT MOUNTAIN <br />COMMERCIAL 4 LLC <br />This is a follow-up from June 1st meeting on an application for Public <br />Infrastructure Assistance from Split Mountain Commercial 4 LLC for renovation <br />and rehabilitation work at 950 Spruce St/725 Front St. The agreement has been <br />structure consistent with prior agreements. Attorney Cotton Baez stated there <br />are no material differences in the agreement. <br />City Council considered the agreement at the June 21st meeting and approved. <br />Chair Adler asked for public comment. None. <br />Commissioner Smith moved to approve Resolution No. 22-05. Commissioner <br />Harald seconded. <br />Roll call vote: <br />Commissioner Harald - yes <br />Councilmember Leh - yes <br />Chair Adler - yes <br />Commissioner Smith - yes <br />Motion passes <br />• Discussion — Louisville Mill Site Redevelopment Presentation <br />EV Specialist reviewed the information in the packet related to the Louisville Mill <br />Site Redevelopment and introduced architect Erik Hartronft and owner Randy <br />Caranci. Will be requesting fagade improvement. <br />Harntronft reviewed the presentation in the packet. Their vision was to take <br />grain elevator and create as a centerpiece. Make addition to warehouse <br />building. Part of contract was to perform stabilization using $500k from HPC. <br />Building was lifted and has a new foundation. Phase 1 was stabilization, <br />mitigation to remove waste, structurally improved. Envelope was repaired to <br />prevent water, ice and snow into building.
