Attor- ney Joss reported that it was. Councilman Fauson moved that Waldo's liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. There were no comments from the audience. Attorney Joss read Ordinance #704 by title only. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance #704 be adopted. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. Attorney Joss read Ordinance #705 by title only. Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance #705 - Temporary Use Permits be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. Administrator Wurl reported that under correspondence Planning Commission Minutes of 11-12-80, and LURHA Minutes of 11-12-80 had been submitted Councilman Meier moved that the City Administrator's report be accepted and placed on file. Inquired of Director Rupp if the problem of the ditch had been resolved in con- nection with the rezoning of the Caranci property.
