Attor- <br />ney Joss reported that it was. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that Waldo's <br />liquor license be renewed. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance #704 <br />by title only. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />#704 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Question called for. All <br />in favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance #705 by <br />title only. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance <br />#705 - Temporary Use Permits be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried <br />6-0. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl reported that under <br />correspondence Planning Commission <br />Minutes of 11-12-80, and LURHA Minutes <br />of 11-12-80 had been submitted <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the City <br />Administrator's report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Question called for. All <br />in favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Inquired of Director Rupp if the problem <br />of the ditch had been resolved in con- <br />nection with the rezoning of the Caranci <br />property. <br />Director Rupp reported that they had <br />met with the ditch people and since <br />there was such a short portion of the <br />
