Revenues generated for various <br />budge1:s corne from different sources. <br />A transfer cannot be made from Capital <br />Improvements to supplies. <br />Councilman Carnival then asked <br />Chief Accountant Caranci if she moni- <br />tored the budget as a whole, or moni- <br />tor it as a line item. Her reply was <br />by line item within the department. <br />Mayor Caranci requested that Council <br />be notified when transfers of funds are <br />made. <br />Administrator Wurl advised that if <br />the transfers are made between line <br />items within the department, Council <br />is not advised. However if the inter- <br />fund transfers are from different de- <br />partments, i.e. water to sewer, Council <br />is notified. <br /> <br />Asked when the microphones would be <br />installed in Council charnlJers. <br />Administrator Wurl advised they would be <br />in by the next council meeting. <br />Requested that costs be obtained for <br />a voting board for council, showing <br />how each member voted and the board <br />would light up in view of those in <br />the audience. Administrator Wurl to check. <br />Residents who viewed the new city hall <br />were very impressed with all the rooms <br />and especially the library. <br />Inquired if the city employees have a <br />system by which they express their <br />desirl=s regarding their new offices. <br />Administrator Wurl reported they let <br />him know. <br /> <br />Inquired if the former Library Director <br />Larella Stout set up the plans for the <br />new library facilities before she resigned. <br />Administrator Wurl advised that she did, <br />and was presented with a letter and plaque <br />in appreciation from Council. <br /> <br />Asked Administrator Wurl what information <br />he had regarding the survey being taken <br />by the Colorado University students. <br />Administrator Wurl advised that we had <br />received a copy of the survey and are <br />investigating its origin. Reportedly <br />it comes from the School of Environmental <br />
