Seconded <br />by Councilman Carnival. Roll call vote. <br />AYES: Domenico, Cummings, Meier, Fauson, <br />Carnival, DelPizzo. <br />NOES: None. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 699 on <br />second reading by title only stating that <br />the ordinance was published in full on <br />September 24, with public hearing notices <br />being published on September 24, and <br />October 1, 1980. Mayor Caranci opened <br />the public hearing. There were no comments <br />for or against, public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked about the bid <br />procedure included. Attorney Joss stated <br />that it was worked out by staff. <br />After comments, Councilman Fauson moved <br />that Ordinance No. 699 be adopted. Se- <br />conded by Councilman Meier. <br />Roll call vote. <br />AYES: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Carnival, <br />Meier. <br />NOES: Domenico. Motion carried 5-1 <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance No. 697 for their re- <br />view and files. Attorney Joss read the <br />Ordinance on first reading by title only. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />No. 697 be published. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Cummings. Attorney Joss read the <br />Ordinance on first reading by title only. <br />Discussion was held regarding the hours <br />the parks should be opened. <br />After discussion Councilman Carnival moved <br />to amend Ordinance 11700, sec. 14.12.040 <br />Hours of Use, that the park be open from <br />6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., unless a special <br />permit has been issued by the Parks & <br />Recreation Department to extend those <br />hours. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Roll call vote: <br />AYES: Fauson, Domenico, Cummings, Carnival. <br />
