ORDINANCE NO. 692 CONTINUED ORDINANCE NO. 699 CODE OF ETHICS PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE NO. 697 EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS & PAY SCHEDULES ORDINANCE NO. 700 PARK HOURS FIRST READING Minutes - page 4 October 7, 1980 Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing. There were no audience comments, public hearing was closed. Council discussion was held. After comments Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance No. 692 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Roll call vote. AYES: Domenico, Cummings, Meier, Fauson, Carnival, DelPizzo. NOES: None. Motion carried 6-0. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 699 on second reading by title only stating that the ordinance was published in full on September 24, with public hearing notices being published on September 24, and October 1, 1980. Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing. There were no comments for or against, public hearing was closed. Councilman Meier asked about the bid procedure included. Attorney Joss stated that it was worked out by staff. After comments, Councilman Fauson moved that Ordinance No. 699 be adopted. Se- conded by Councilman Meier. Roll call vote. AYES: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier. NOES: Domenico. Motion carried 5-1 All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 697 for their re- view and files. Attorney Joss read the Ordinance on first reading by title only. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance No. 697 be published. Seconded by Coun- cilman Cummings. Motion carried 6-0. Discussion was held regarding the hours the parks should be opened. After discussion Councilman Carnival moved to amend Ordinance 11700, sec. 14.12.040 Hours of Use, that the park be open from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., unless a special permit has been issued by the Parks & Recreation Department to extend those hours. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call vote: AYES: Fauson, Domenico, Cummings, Carnival.
