Motion carried 4-2 <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that Ordinance <br />No. 700 be published as amended. Seconde <br />by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried <br />5-1. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 29, <br />approving the special use application for <br />Pow Wow. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution <br />No. 29, Series 1980 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Roll Call <br />AYES: Carnival, DelPizzo, Domenico. <br />NOES: Fauson, Cummings, Meier. <br />Tie vote, Mayor Caranci voted yes to carry <br />the adoption of Resolution No. 29, Series <br />1980. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance No. 701 for their re- <br />view and files. Attorney Joss read the <br />ordinance on first reading by title only. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance No. <br />701 be ordered published and a public <br />hearing be set for November 5, 1980. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the special <br />election on Ordinance #699 be cancelled. <br />Seconded by Councilman Carnival. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the City <br />Attorney report be accepted and placed on <br />file. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 35, for <br />industrial bonds for Regal Investment. <br />It was noted that this does not commit <br />the City to any funding or financing. This <br />cost is paid for by the developers and <br />the repayment of the bonds is their respon- <br />sibility. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. <br />35, Series 1980 be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call vote. <br />AYES: DelPizzo, Domenico, Cummings, Meier, <br />Fauson, and Carnival. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />
