Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Dennis Drumm, D.C. Assoc., representing <br />the applicant gave a presentation of the <br />plans for the development of townhouses, <br />reviewing parking, maintenance and set <br />back differences. <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 31 in <br />full. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Resolution <br />No. 31 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />man Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown reported that the group have <br />reorganized and will do their best to <br />support the annexation of Centennial Valley. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the November <br />4, Council m€~eting be changed to Wednesday <br />November 5, since the general election <br />falls on Nov€~mber 4. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings thanked Council for <br />their vote of confidence and would his <br />best for the residents and the City of <br />Louisville. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked that Mr. Wur1 <br />respond to Mr. Jim Colt's letter regarding <br />the location of the Pow Wow. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked that staff ad- <br />vertise for the vacancy on Planning Com- <br />mission to be selected at the October <br />7, meeting. <br />
