<br />APPROVAL - ORDINANCE <br />NO. 690 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 691 <br />HOCHEDER PROPERTY ZONING <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />ORDINANCE NO. 691 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 691 <br /> <br />COUNCILMAN MEIER <br />COMMENT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 693 <br />CODE OF ETHICS <br /> <br />APPROVAL ORDINANCE <br />NO. 693 FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />Minutes Page - 8 - <br />August 5, 1980 <br /> <br />Caranci yes, Fauson yes. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance by <br />title only. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing <br />and asked for certification from the <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated the ordinance had been <br />published in the Louisville Times in its <br />entirety on July 16, 1980, and public <br />hearing notices had been published July 23, <br />and July 30, 1980. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak asked if anyone was in support <br />of ordinance #691 - None. <br />Opposed to ordinance #691 - none <br />Meier <br />Councilman/wanted to confirm the Public Service <br />right~of-way annexation of 10 acres. <br /> <br />Dennis Drumm confirmed that it was 10 acres. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance <br />No. 691 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Roll call vote - DelPizzo yes, <br />Carnival yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier requested an up-date on <br />the work-up that was done by Council and <br />the Planning Commission on the available <br />area left in the planning area and the <br />projected number of dwelling units, taking <br />into account new census figures. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title <br />only - First reading for publication. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that Ordinance <br />No. 693 be published. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Roll call vote - Fauson yes, <br />Caranci no, DelPizzo no, Carnival yes, <br />Meier yes, Domenico no. 3 Yes - 3 No. <br />Mayor Waschak voted yes to break the tie. <br />vote. <br />Councilman Meier moved that the Public <br />Hearing on Ordinance No. 693 be August <br />19, 1980. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. <br />Question called for. 5 Ayes - Domenico no. <br />
