APPROVAL - ORDINANCE NO. 690 ORDINANCE NO. 691 HOCHEDER PROPERTY ZONING COUNCIL COMMENTS ORDINANCE NO. 691 APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 691 COUNCILMAN MEIER COMMENT ORDINANCE NO. 693 CODE OF ETHICS APPROVAL ORDINANCE NO. 693 FOR PUBLICATION Minutes Page - 8 - August 5, 1980 Caranci yes, Fauson yes. Motion carried unanimously. Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title only. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing and asked for certification from the City Attorney. Attorney Joss stated the ordinance had been published in the Louisville Times in its entirety on July 16, 1980, and public hearing notices had been published July 23, and July 30, 1980. Mayor Waschak asked if anyone was in support of ordinance #691 - None. Opposed to ordinance #691 - none Meier Councilman/wanted to confirm the Public Service right~of-way annexation of 10 acres. Dennis Drumm confirmed that it was 10 acres. Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance No. 691 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call vote - DelPizzo yes, Carnival yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried unanimously. Councilman Meier requested an up-date on the work-up that was done by Council and the Planning Commission on the available area left in the planning area and the projected number of dwelling units, taking into account new census figures. Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title only - First reading for publication. Councilman Fauson moved that Ordinance No. 693 be published. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Roll call vote - Fauson yes, Caranci no, DelPizzo no, Carnival yes, Meier yes, Domenico no. 3 Yes - 3 No. Mayor Waschak voted yes to break the tie. vote. Councilman Meier moved that the Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 693 be August 19, 1980. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Question called for. 5 Ayes - Domenico no.
