<br />Minutes - page 4 <br />July 15, 1980 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 689 <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />Roll call vote. <br />Ayes: Meier, Fauson and Carnival. <br />Noes: Domenico and Caranci. <br />Motion carried 3-2. <br /> <br />Council requested that a pedestrian count <br />be made, not only for the speed limit, <br />but also for the possibility of a traffic <br />light. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he felt <br />there have been enough studies made on <br />So. Boulder Rd. and moved that no more <br />money be spent on studies in that area. <br /> <br />Motion dead due to lack of second. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 690 <br />HOCHEDER ANNEXATION <br />FIRST READING <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance No. 690 for their review <br />and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance <br />No. 690 on first reading by title only. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />No. 690 be ordered published and a public <br />hearing set for August 5, 1980. Seconded <br />by Councilman Fauson. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 691 <br />HOCHEDER ZONING <br />FIRST READING <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance No. 691 for their review <br />and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance <br />No. 691 on first reading by title only. <br />Dennis Drumm, representing the applicant <br />stated that there were approximately 142 <br />acres and the zoning would be Agricultural, <br />Residential Low Density and Residential <br />Medium Density. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />No. 691 be ordered published and a public <br />hearing set for August 5, 1980. Seconded <br />by Councilman Fauson. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 692 <br />CODE CHANGES <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance No. 692 for their review <br />and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance <br />No. 692 on first reading by title only. <br />Dir. Comm. Dev. Rupp, explained the various <br />changes. <br />Councilman Meier asked about the set back <br />requirements. <br />Mr. Rupp stated that many of the set backs <br />are at this distance in P.U.D.'s and this <br />would make all set backs the same. <br />
