Seconded by <br />Councilman Carnival. <br />Roll call vote - Meier No, Caranci No, <br />Carnival Yes, Fauson Yes, Domenico Yes, <br />DelPizzo Yes. Motion carried 4-2. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl explained that a pro- <br />vision was made in the budget to accomo- <br />date change orders as construction progressed <br />and stated all these are necessary items. <br />Jim Hillhouse, the Architect was present <br />to answer questions during discussion with <br />Council. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the change <br />orders in the amount of $7,061.75 be approved. <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the City <br />Administrator's report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico stated he had several <br />complaints regarding weeds, property <br />owners, vacant lots - also piles of dirt <br />in the mill area need to be leveled out. <br />Chief Leesman advised that registered <br />letters had been sent out to the people <br />responsible for the weeds, etc. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico inquired if anything <br />had been done with the ditch and drainage <br />at this location. <br />Administrator Wurl reported they are work- <br />ing on a solution. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported worse areas were being <br />filled first, i.e. Main, County, and <br />South Boulder Road, would get Lois Drive <br />as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico also reported several <br />dogs running loose in Bella Vista. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier reported weeds at <br />Lafayette and Lincoln. Suggested the <br />City cut them and bill the owners. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier inquired if Williamson's <br />bill was a duplicate? <br />Mr. Wurl reported that it was. There was <br />
