ORDINANCE NO. 677 REVOKING MTN. STATES VIDEO PERMIT APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY REPORT CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT CITY HALL PLAQUE APPROVAL CITY ADMIN- ISTRATOR REPORT COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS SIGN LAFAYETTE ST. DRCOG REQUEST Minutes - Page 5 April 15, 1980 Councilman Meier stated he requested that this matter be brought up before Council again, for their consideration. Mr. Wurl noted that if Council revokes the ordinance every company would be on an even basis for their proposals. Council voiced their concerns about the present permit and that nothing has been done in the past several years, regarding it. After discussion of Ordinance No. 677 Mr. Glen Jones of Jones Intercable spoke about revoking of the permit. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance 677 be published and a Public Hearing set for May 6, 1980. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. Councilman Carnival moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. City Administrator Wurl asked Council to select a Plaque out of the two that were presented. The Plaque will be made out of stone and located on the North side of the entry way and the existing Plaque will be located on the South side of the entry way as you enter the Lobby. Councilman Meier moved that the 24" X 30" Plaque be used in the City Hall due to the fact that is the closest size to the exist- ing one. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. Councilman Domenico moved that the City Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. Counciloan Domenico asked if a sign had been ordered for the dead end at the end of Lafayette Street. Mr. Wurl stated that there was one furnished. C01.:D:lcilman Meier reported that DRCOG requested to have a study session with the Council and Planning Commission on things that DRCOG does and what they have to offer.
