STATES <br />VIDEO PERMIT <br /> <br />APPROVAL CITY <br />ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />CITY HALL PLAQUE <br /> <br />APPROVAL CITY ADMIN- <br />ISTRATOR REPORT <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />SIGN LAFAYETTE ST. <br /> <br />DRCOG REQUEST <br /> <br />Minutes - Page 5 <br />April 15, 1980 <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated he requested that <br />this matter be brought up before Council <br />again, for their consideration. <br />Mr. Wurl noted that if Council revokes the <br />ordinance every company would be on an even <br />basis for their proposals. <br />Council voiced their concerns about the <br />present permit and that nothing has been <br />done in the past several years, regarding <br />it. <br />After discussion of Ordinance No. 677 Mr. <br />Glen Jones of Jones Intercable spoke about <br />revoking of the permit. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance 677 <br />be published and a Public Hearing set for <br />May 6, 1980. Seconded by Councilman <br />Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wurl asked Council to <br />select a Plaque out of the two that were <br />presented. The Plaque will be made out <br />of stone and located on the North side of <br />the entry way and the existing Plaque will <br />be located on the South side of the entry <br />way as you enter the Lobby. <br />Councilman Meier moved that the 24" X 30" <br />Plaque be used in the City Hall due to the <br />fact that is the closest size to the exist- <br />ing one. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Counciloan Domenico asked if a sign had <br />been ordered for the dead end at the end <br />of Lafayette Street. Mr. Wurl stated that <br />there was one furnished. <br /> <br />C01.:D:lcilman Meier reported that DRCOG requested to <br />have a study session with the Council and <br />Planning Commission on things that DRCOG <br />does and what they have to offer. <br />
