Minutes - page 4 March 4, 1980 ORDINANCE NO. 671 CONTINUED Councilman DelPizzo stated that he would like it noted that if there is the .)pos- sibility of them getting on the sewer line at a later date that it be mandatory. After Council and staff comments Mr. Morrison gave his presentation. Mr. Morrison stated that he would prefer to have the area developed to appear rural and not urbanized; therefore, he requested that the sites be in the grid pattern in five area sites. He stated that the open space would be public land, but maintained by a homeowners association. He stated that the water that he would give the City would be more than enough to supply the subdivision and the water kept would be used to maintain the open space. Mr. Morrison stated that he did not see a problem with connecting to a sewer line when feasible, but stated that at present the line would not be economically feasible with only 14 units. He noted that with the leach fields the water used does go back into the land. After discussion Mayor Waschak recommended that this ordinance be tabled and more planning be done on the area involved. Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance No. 671 be tabled for further study. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried 6-0. ORDINANCE NO. 672 MORRISON ZONING SECOND READING TABLED Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance No. 672 be tabled and the public hearing be rescheduled at a later date. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried. 6-0. ORDINANCE NO. 676 CABLE TV STANDARD SECOND READING Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 676 on second reading by title only. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance No. 676 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Domenico. Roll call. Aye: Carnival, DelPizzo, Meier, Fauson, Domenico, and Caranci. Motion carried 6-0.
