<br />PAYING REC. <br />SUPERVISORS <br /> <br />INCOME GRAPH & <br />EXPENSE GRAPH <br /> <br />WORK SESSION WITH <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS <br /> <br />SAFETY MEETING <br /> <br />WATER PLANT GENERATOR <br /> <br />PLECTRON <br /> <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />OFFICER <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT TO <br />HISTORICAL COMMISSION <br /> <br />Minutes - page 11 <br />February 5, 1980 <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked about payments to <br />persons involved with the recreation programs. <br />Mr. Stahl reported that they are not paid <br />as a full time employee, but paid under the <br />same process as a bill for materials, which <br />has to be approved by Council. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked that Council be <br />supplied a graph of the expenses as supported <br />by separate receipts. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that expenses can be graphed, <br />however, money coming from general fund would <br />be almost impossible, but is done with <br />special funds. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked for a graph of <br />salary expenses from 1970 to present also <br />for review. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked if a work session <br />with department heads could be scheduled. <br />It was decided that a date will be scheduled <br />at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked if they have been held. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. McNulty stated that <br />a meeting was held, but there were no minutes <br />taken, so a meeting with minutes will be held, <br />before the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mro Wurl reported that bids have been taken; <br />however, the low bidder had some clients <br />who had problems getting things added on <br />after the bid date, so staff has decided to <br />delay the matter for two weeks and sit down <br />with the low bidder to make sure that every- <br />thing is covered. <br /> <br />Has the City gotten their plectrons from the <br />fire department. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he would get them. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico stated that the south <br />end of town has trouble with dogs. <br />Chief Leesman reported that a new one has <br />been hired and will begin work on the 12. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak appointed Mrs. Larella Stout <br />to fill the vacancy on the Historical <br />Commission made by Rose Ross. <br />
