PAYING REC. SUPERVISORS INCOME GRAPH & EXPENSE GRAPH WORK SESSION WITH DEPARTMENT HEADS SAFETY MEETING WATER PLANT GENERATOR PLECTRON CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER APPOINTMENT TO HISTORICAL COMMISSION Minutes - page 11 February 5, 1980 Councilman Carnival asked about payments to persons involved with the recreation programs. Mr. Stahl reported that they are not paid as a full time employee, but paid under the same process as a bill for materials, which has to be approved by Council. Councilman Carnival asked that Council be supplied a graph of the expenses as supported by separate receipts. Mr. Wurl stated that expenses can be graphed, however, money coming from general fund would be almost impossible, but is done with special funds. Councilman Carnival asked for a graph of salary expenses from 1970 to present also for review. Councilman Carnival asked if a work session with department heads could be scheduled. It was decided that a date will be scheduled at the next meeting. Councilman Meier asked if they have been held. Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. McNulty stated that a meeting was held, but there were no minutes taken, so a meeting with minutes will be held, before the next meeting. Mro Wurl reported that bids have been taken; however, the low bidder had some clients who had problems getting things added on after the bid date, so staff has decided to delay the matter for two weeks and sit down with the low bidder to make sure that every- thing is covered. Has the City gotten their plectrons from the fire department. Mr. Wurl stated that he would get them. Councilman Domenico stated that the south end of town has trouble with dogs. Chief Leesman reported that a new one has been hired and will begin work on the 12. Mayor Waschak appointed Mrs. Larella Stout to fill the vacancy on the Historical Commission made by Rose Ross.
