<br />RESOLUTION NO. 7 PATZER <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8 <br />CHRISTOPHER VILLAGE <br />FINAL PLAT & P.U.D. <br /> <br />Minutes - page 6 <br />February 5, 1980 <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that he like the <br />subdivision and annexation agreements and likes <br />having them in the packet for review. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution No.7. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution No. <br />7, Series 1980 be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Motion carried 5 - 0 <br />Councilman Meier abstained. <br /> <br />Dir. Rupp noted the location north of So. <br />Boulder Rd. east of rail road tracks, zoned <br />commercial. He stated that it is mixed use <br />development which will include 60 apartments <br />and office buildings. <br /> <br />Jim Hillhouse, applicant, noted that the <br />ditch will be piped near the tot lot; however <br />the remaining portions will not be fenced. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival stated that he wanted to <br />have the ditch that is open on the property <br />fenced, as their will be children and their <br />are safety hazards involved. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked how Cannon Cir. <br />tied in to the development on the east side. <br />Mr. Hillhouse stated that would be for future <br />access and the present access will be off <br />So. Boulder Rd. <br />Mr. Rupp also included that they are trying <br />to work within the land owners to align access <br />to the different developments instead of having <br />to go on to So. Boulder Rd. to get to each <br />deve lopmen t . <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked if there were going <br />to be any problems with the proposed access <br />being close to rail road tracks and across from <br />the train. <br /> <br />Mr. Hillhouse stated that the question was re- <br />ferred back to the City Engineer and it was <br />his feelings that it would be better to have <br />a controlled access rather than several exits. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that he would also <br />like to see fencing on the ditch. <br /> <br />Mr. Stahl stated that it was his recommendation <br />that the ditch not be fenced. He also noted <br />that the City did not o~vn the property adjacent <br />to the ditch and was not responsible for main- <br />tenance and any liability. <br />
