<br />ORDINANCE NO. 664 <br />FIRST READING <br />FAUSON ZONING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 665 <br />ALLEY VACATION <br />JUGANOS REQUEST <br /> <br />APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY <br />REPORT <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />REPORT <br />JOHN RUPP INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />DRCOG MEETING <br />TRANSPORTATION PLAN <br /> <br />DREVER BUSINESS SYSTEMS <br />REQUEST <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18 <br /> <br />Minutes - page 4 <br />September 18, 1979 <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance No. 664 for their re- <br />view and files. <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first <br />reading by title only. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance <br />No. 664 be ordered published and a public <br />hearing be scheduled for October 16, 1979. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo <br />Attorney Joss noted that the reason for <br />the different publication is that a zoning <br />hearing must be published for a longer <br />length of timE~, then the annexation notice. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance No. 665 for their <br />review and files. <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first <br />reading by title only stating that this <br />property dealt with the John Juganos pro- <br />perty. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />No. 665 be ordered published. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl introduced Mr. John Rupp who was <br />hired to replace Mr. Drumm as Director of <br />Community Development and will begin work <br />on October 1, 1979. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he received a copy of <br />the DRCOG meeting agenda which will include <br />the Restated Transportation Plan. <br />He stated that he will be attending. <br />He noted that the transportation committee <br />voted to adopt the interim plan as presented, <br />absent the issue corridors. With the basis <br />being that they would let C.O.G. Council <br />deal with the issue corridors. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Drever Business Systems <br />is trying to locate in Louisville and they <br />would like the City to issue industrial <br />development bonds, on their behalf, so they <br />can proceed with their facilities. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the resolution declares <br />the intent of the City to issue bonds, it <br />only outlines the City's intent so the <br />
