DelPizzo no, DiCarlo no, <br />Kilker yes, Iv[eier yes, Caranci yes, <br />Berry YE~S. Motion carried. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of Ordinance No. 659 for their <br />review and files. <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 659 on <br />first reading by title only. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />No. 659 be ordered published. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of Ordinance No. 660 for their <br />review and files. This chapter will <br />deal with the standards and guidelines <br />for construction of a covered mall build- <br />ing. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. <br />660 on first reading by title only point- <br />ing that there is an emergency clause. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />No. 660 be ordered published. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that last Tuesday <br />the case was brought before Judge Dana <br />is regards to the rezoning suit of the <br />Aquarius property. Mr. Joss stated that <br />the judge would be out of town so there <br />will be some delay before the decision <br />is made. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the Wooden Shoe <br />Day School has purchased a piece of <br />property on the west side of South 80th <br />and are requesting annexation into the <br />City. They would build a school on the <br />80th St. side and the portion that goes <br />over the mesa they want to subdivide and <br />build tw'o houses. He stated that they <br />would like to have services provided at <br />this time even if not annexed. <br /> <br />Councilman Di.Carlo felt that this came <br />under the same consideration as the <br />Kuykendall's. <br />
