<br />CENTENNIAL MANOR <br />DISCUSSION <br />STEVE ANDERSON <br /> <br />} <br />AUDIEN:E CffiNTS <br />JANIS B GER <br />FENCE./ QUEST AT <br />KEITH HELART PARK <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />ORDINANCE NO. 646 <br />DRINKING ON SCHOOL PROPERTY <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 639 <br />SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS <br />SECOND READING PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />page 3 - Minutes <br />May 15, 1979 <br /> <br />Steve Anderson, representing the Louisville <br />Community Development Corporation, stated <br />that LCDC constructed the 4-plex on <br />Hutchinson for the elderly. <br />Mr. Anderson stated that the 4-plex needs <br />to be transferred over to the City and <br />have LCDC become a defunct corporation <br />before the end of the month in order to <br />keep the tax exempt status. <br />He stated that an agreement would be <br />necessary stating that the City would <br />keep the units for the elderly at a low <br />rent rate. The property would be deeded <br />over to the City of Louisville or Housing <br />Authority. <br />After comments Councilman Caranci moved <br />that the request be granted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. Badger, 2541 Franklin Ave., pre- <br />sented a petition signed by 67 residents <br />in the vicinity of the park requesting <br />that a fence be placed along the ditch <br />that runs through the park area as many small <br />children utilize the park. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that bike paths are <br />proposed for that area and the fence <br />length needs to studied so the whole <br />park area will tie in. <br />After discussion Councilman DelPizzo <br />moved that Mrs. Badger's request be <br />accpeted and the matter be resolved <br />as soon as possible. Seconded by <br />Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance No. 646 for their re- <br />view and files. Attorney Joss read the <br />ordinance on first reading by title only. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />No. 646 be ordered published. Seconded by <br />Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 639 on <br />second reading by title only. He reported <br />that all notices have been properly pub- <br />lished. <br />Mr. Drumm reviewed the changes proposed <br />through the ordinance. <br />
