CENTENNIAL MANOR DISCUSSION STEVE ANDERSON } AUDIEN:E CffiNTS JANIS B GER FENCE./ QUEST AT KEITH HELART PARK CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE NO. 646 DRINKING ON SCHOOL PROPERTY ORDINANCE NO. 639 SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS SECOND READING PUBLIC HEARING page 3 - Minutes May 15, 1979 Steve Anderson, representing the Louisville Community Development Corporation, stated that LCDC constructed the 4-plex on Hutchinson for the elderly. Mr. Anderson stated that the 4-plex needs to be transferred over to the City and have LCDC become a defunct corporation before the end of the month in order to keep the tax exempt status. He stated that an agreement would be necessary stating that the City would keep the units for the elderly at a low rent rate. The property would be deeded over to the City of Louisville or Housing Authority. After comments Councilman Caranci moved that the request be granted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. Mrs. Badger, 2541 Franklin Ave., pre- sented a petition signed by 67 residents in the vicinity of the park requesting that a fence be placed along the ditch that runs through the park area as many small children utilize the park. Mr. Wurl stated that bike paths are proposed for that area and the fence length needs to studied so the whole park area will tie in. After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved that Mrs. Badger's request be accpeted and the matter be resolved as soon as possible. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 646 for their re- view and files. Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first reading by title only. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance No. 646 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 639 on second reading by title only. He reported that all notices have been properly pub- lished. Mr. Drumm reviewed the changes proposed through the ordinance.
