Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the City <br />call for bids on the Concrete Re- <br />placement project. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Engineer Richardson read Resolution <br />No. 10, Series 1979 on the new concrete <br />project. Councilman DiCarlo moved that <br />Resolution No. 10, Series 1979 be <br />adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Caranci. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Berry requested that a new <br />map showing the areas to be paid by <br />the City and which are assessed to the <br />property owners be supplied before the <br />contract is let out. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated to Gloria Bucco <br />that he was not happy with her article <br />stating that the City was holding <br />secret meetings and wanted the statements <br />retracted. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that he has not talked <br />with Mr. Steinbaugh about the large <br />hole on Front Street, but stated that <br />he would talke with him. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked if the library <br />doors could be changed so both would <br />open the same direction. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he would take <br />care of it. <br />
